Telemate, our 24 hour touch-tone telephone service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This service is offered as an added convenience and in no way is intended to substitute for personal Credit Union service.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Call Telemate at 1-800-794-5685
2. Enter '1' for the Account Information System, or enter '2' for directions on how to use the system.
3. You will then be asked to enter your Member number followed by the '#" sign.
4. When Telemate asks for your Personal Identification Number, enter your 6 digit Pin #, followed by the '#' sign.
